POTUS to speak on this, 1 minute from now on National TV and Cable News Networks, they said he has comments approx 5 p.m. EST today. Don't expect a lot. I was in uniform when this guy was in the Senate in the 1980's. He was a complete idiot then when it came to foreign policy and he thought it was a great idea if the United States disarmed unilaterally as a good faith effort to end the Cold War.
