Vaccine Mandate coming soon for Military. The laws are murky when it comes to the Government's power to override the Constitutional Rights of citizens. Since military service is a privilege, not a right, and the military serves at the behest of government, does the government have the right to mandate service members get vaccinated? I'm not arguing for or against, and I am not a lawyer. If you are a lawyer, please weigh in.

In aspect to the military you'd have to get opinion from JAG. They've have to look into UCMJ and other regulations. The government isn't forcing vaccination on the general populace but they are encouraging state and local mandates. You'll see a whole new litigation come forth on vaccination whether it be on the state level the county level or even on the federal level. The supreme Court will have to look back at the 1907 court ruling I believe. I could be way off however.
