Seems like a no-brainer to me. Many Americans (maybe most) would need a stiff belt of demon rum before sticking raw fish into their mouths. Personally, I love the stuff and so do most of my family including the children. I also prefer my steaks on the rare side and don't get me started on beef tartare. Most of the hamburgers I cook don't reach the grill in tact

a very red pink for me on a steak but burgers are a no no. ground beef if not cooked to the right temp can make you sick. My own that I raised would not bother me much but anything purchased in the store should be cooked
