An 11-month-old girl suffering severe symptoms from Covid-19 was flown by helicopter from Houston to a hospital 150 miles away due to a lack of paediatric beds.
The infant was suffering seizures and having trouble breathing after testing positive for Covid-19, a spokeswoman for Lyndon B Johnson Hospital said.
She needed to be intubated, but Lyndon B Johnson Hospital where she had been taken did not offer paediatric services.

The issue is that the people who call it "a flu" aren't going to care about these stories. They aren't going to listen because this whole pandemic was made political from the start - on both sides. Now kids are dying more than before and these people who are anti vax for covid and call it a hoax and all that don't care. There is no amount of nurses, doctors, medical professionals pleading for people to do the right, no amount of kids or adults dying that will get them to change their minds.

not exactly, our governor believes in personal freedom not government mandates. It's your choice ( kind of like what abortion murderers say about their right to kill babies).
