I'm probably writing checks I won't be able to cash in my 50s... but in my 40s, I'm actually hitting it HARDER than I could in my 20s. I'm running as fast (if not faster) than I did as a JO, and I've never had the muscle mass I enjoy now. I am starting to feel the pain in joints... but I'm surprised what a little "prevention" allows me to get away with. Maybe I'm just working out smarter these days... or three decades of experience has perfected my form. At any rate, I'm hoping to be going strong for at least another two decades... God willing :)
