When the subject first came up that Britain wasn't going to be able to renew the lease, I knew this was coming. Frankly, I'm surprised it took so long. However, the CCP is patient, and willing to wait to learn all they can about the businesses and business practices, infiltrate like they have here in the U.S., before they took action with the "crackdown". I'd suggest that Hong Kong's freedom is fleeting, and will be assimilated into the mainland soon. Max of 5 years?
