This virus is unpredictable. I have friends who died who were relatively young and healthy. I have a friend in her twenties who got it and has had chronic health issues related to COVID ever since. Several of my 6-8 graders have had it during last school years. One was hospitalized. She told me she thought she was going to die. When she spoke to the class her experience, she put the fear of God into them. That was one class that I didn't have to constantly monitor masking, social distancing, and hand washing.

The vast majority of people hospitalized nationwide with Covid19 right now are the unvaccinated. This is not rocket science. Yes, you can get covid if you have been vaccinated, but the severity of the virus is dramatically reduced once you are vaccinated.

If we don’t break the cycle of infection by getting enough people vaccinated this virus is going to mutate and will defeat the vaccine and we will be back at square one. It is already having breakthrough cases where it is infecting vaccinated people, it won’t be long before it will be just as deadly as before.

I really wish people would take their health care advice from MDs and not 11th grade high school dropouts on the Internet. Use Google and get actual facts from .org and .gov web pages.

I think the Dr could write about the many regrets his patients have when facing death from what ever causes ... I should've vaccinated, should've exercised, should've stopped smoking, etc
