Scientists have found a vast collection of more than 100 black holes inside our own galaxy.
The black holes are sitting at the middle of a cluster of stars more than 80,000 light years from us. There are about three times as many of the black holes as scientists would usually expect to find.
Over the coming billion years, the stars themselves will be ejected, leaving behind only the black holes themselves.

I found this information quite interesting, although the "Independent" website was filled with too many ads and diversions, which made it difficult to get to the meat of the subject matter... What I deduced, left me with more questions, such as if they found a 100 Black holes, are there more out there that we have not yet found? Yet it intrigued my mind such that I will be thinking about this subject matter for some time today and may do some additional research... Thank you for sharing this, Chip!
