As Pentagon weighs sending troops back to Somalia, AFRICOM chief makes his case

It is only a matter of time before the present administration boots up the Police the World machine. We finally got through an administration without a war. I believe in security but why do we need to be fighting wars that the Government doesn't want to win?

Will it be the typical, "We'll go in, shoot some people, drive around a bit, but have no real strategy or goal to achieve?"
