Thanks for the post. Reminds me of some situations I experienced in the Army.
One individual was complicated for the amount of time he spent in the office. Came in; made the coffee; read the paper; two-hour+ lunch; visited other offices. checked emails, etc. Tasks were rarely completed on time, causing other people to have to pick up part of the load.
