Don’t the idea of government also has a premise the citizen is to self govern to a set of standards that also affects the safety and happiness of themselves and those other citizens as “We The People”

I am tired of citizens of We The People denying each other support in government programs like VA housing because of a reserve enlistment that was created in such a way never to match the ideals of military service and the protections afforded veteran status

While at the same time the citizens in We the People will get on the TV as representatives of the government and state the plight of people from South of The Border who are crashing to the border to get access to more money then they might make in their own country.

They state these broke poor people pay thousands of dollars to human trafficking gangs. Thousands of Dollars!? I know junior enlisted military members who dont have thousands of dollars to spare. I know young junior enlisted military members who sleep in worst conditions then these people getting across the border.

These people crossing the border are never skin and bones like the Africans we would see on TV in the 1990s who were dying of starvation.

Nope these people are more well fed then a lot of people I might see in America at times.

Lastly how can Chicago, San Francisco, Oakland, Los Angeles Skid Row be more safe then Honduras or El Salvador etc?

Did some Government Representative get on TV and say the United States is actually going to give 300 plus million to these governments south of the border to solve their problems?

I bet there would be a real good battle of who was more dangerous as in community when comparing Honduras El Salvador etc...vrs Parts of Chicago or Los Angeles Skid Row

I don’t think that the people who get on TV as representatives of government ever really lived a life as a e1 18 year old in some undermanned budget strapped combative unit or let alone in the ghetto of Los Angles Skid Row

Nope they identify quite kindly with an open border and the drugs like fentanyl that are being brought directly into the United States where people We The People are not being protected as the Declaration of Independence would call for

I agree with a lot of what you said. A very lot. However, We The People, are not those A-holes who support a orange wannabe dictator attempting a fascist coup for the 2nd time in the history of the GOP. As for the immigrants, ask Reagan why they come here. He made the mess down there where they live and as I have said before, I'm proud that people are willing to die to try to come to America. They sure don't to that with China or no matter what donnie says, Russia.

Oh, we didn't do a very good job of equality and unalienable rights. Worst part, we still have people here who are still trying to deny others their rights.

Personally I try to stick to simplistic terms before there were groups dems republicans etc or even 1 individual a president that changes every few years etc to point at.

Don’t they have something to follow?

The simple terms are stated in the Declaration of Independence and The Constitutions Preamble.

We have ghettos, poor people, open air drug markets,

Personally I am not sure exactly why people come from other lands here. I do know some Americans young ones try to leave. I was one. Right after my enlistment was done. I actually went to Mexico and had a job in a hostel. I came back to America for family reasons and lost my job there. I honestly did not think I would come back. My enlistment left me really delirious and leaving seemed a logical choice.

Regardless the immigrant thing can be seen a few different ways. To someone that is doing well in the society, immigrants are a welcome addition, as cheap labor, that undercuts existing homegrown labor for jobs like construction etc.

This undercuts any existing labor laws protecting workers from abuse

I could go on and on

Having tried to work in the construction handyman business to try to make ends meet like get food I was up against people from South of the Border

It was a constant beat down. The work was not at all consistent.

Americans in general show little to any loyalty to a American, who is up against it, trying to get stable, and keep

I think you will see a similar downward spiral surge breakdown in the auto industry steel towns when someone sold out American workers to Asia Slave Labor laws.

Now we are in a battle with China as they came up and possibly have a vendetta stating wow look the United States used us like farm animals to make all their junk for endless amount of years.

The people at the top who orchestrated this on both sides, are the people who stay out of the fray.

Personally I want all people to stay in their country and not go to another simply to make more money and out compete someone that already lives their.

They should stay and make their country their town better. Fight that fight.

Having a border system and employment system that is open border open to anything sort of breaks all ideals and logic I learned in even the military.

As far as Reagan and American causing all the grief in Central America I have not done all the study yet. What would you suggest I read about to learn about this?

Consent of the governed, what a concept..So does the governed, at this point, truly consent to the current course of the government..
