Because he has already pegged Biden as a doormat. No need to criticize him when he can sweet talk him and get potentially more concessions from Biden.........giving nothing in exchange. Putin is not stupid when it comes to assessing Democrats. He pegged Hillary Clinton early on.

Sure he did. He knows Hunter is making millions between his Russia and China deals and dad won't do anything to jeopardize that. Besides, he knows Joe is a pushover.

I really do not understand why people believe President Biden is a pushover, 'C'mon man' you have to remember the conversation long enough to do what was requested of you. I doubt he could make it out of the room with Putin and remember the conversation.
