Capt Gregory Prickett - Some of those others were insurrections as well when they attacked federal court houses, polices stations, barricaded doors on federal buildings with people inside and attempted to firebomb...attacks on local governments...city blocks claiming sovereignty against the US...maybe you need to reread the definitions counselor.

I do believe they need to be charged and indicted before a trial and then proven guilty, but your the lawyer. You can call the Jan 6th riot what ever you want, it doesn’t make it true.
