I am still confused why they didn't include a transgender Soldier, but only so much demographics to target.
On the negative, I find this too soft and too personal. I understand this was to help get our youngest generation to think about joining the Army.
Positives, I really appreciate the fact that the Army (despite the dark history) is willing to listen and engaging to remind people that we're not robots or emotionless machines. We have lives, we have history and very happy to share it.

I just saw this recruitment video and the Russians recruitment video. Huge difference in approach to recruitment.
