Flynn:
I mean, it should happen (referring to a coup)
The law:
18 USC Ch. 115: TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES
"§2385. Advocating overthrow of Government
Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or
Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; "
Sounds like advocating to me.

MSG Stan Hutchison - Not sure how you got sidetracked, it's a simple conversation. Biden would be proud of you, if he could remember who he was, that is.

What is the value of an oath of office: "I solemnly swear or affirm that I will defend the constitution of United States against all enemies foreign and domestic" if it has no teeth? He is the enemy to the constitution. Plain and simple. If we can't use that oath of office to prosecute him, then what is the real value of the oath?
America is getting really stupid. We have a president who lost who says he will come back to power. This indicates a power struggle. Trump and the GOP have attacked states, elections, media, and courts to eliminate valid votes in an attempt to steal the election. Who knows what they will do next. Right now the GOP hired a right wing media company to do a recount of votes in an Arizona county. It has been counted 3 times already. The company went to court to attempt to keep it anonymous, that is how deceitful the endeavor is. Prominent Arizona State Republicans are saying this is a waste of time and is an insult. This shows you the spirit of Trump and the GOP. They want to win by lying and cheating. The only question is at what cost? What is the threshold Trump and the GOP will must reach when they say what we are doing is not good for America?
We are supposed to be a beacon to the world in regards to promulgating democracy around the world, but we have an ex president who acts like a dictator, and we have this goofy stupid retired 3 star who talks about a revolution. Let's talk about a real president. George Washington, who was a big and robust man, if he was alive and healthy, he would take both of them to the woodshed to kick their sorry asses all over the place. Considering his love for America, I don't know if he would have let them live.
Washington defined the presidency because it was a new concept, but he created the Supreme Court to balance the government. It was a tripartite government that he wanted to work together and balance the powers. Some wanted him to be a monarch but he replied we just got rid of a monarch. Washington was overly diligent in making sure his presidency did not garner too much power. He virtuously created a government for the people, and how the process worked was important to him because the process had to be pure to reach pure objectives.
I look at Trump and the GOP now. Their processes are not good. They are trying to cheat and steal and election. There is an ex president who demands he is the president. Their are stupid people talking about revolutions. My second mantra is: Act with pure intentions. I see none of this from Trump and the GOP. They journey they take is wrong. The destination they want is wrong. They are wrong for this country. So completely wrong.

If that’s the case reread your oath and every liberal Democrat politician should be removed from office for oath violations.
