SSG Robert Mark Odom Unfortunately True. The Racist are Not So Crude anymore to be Running around screaming the N Word but they're not Near as Covert as they Think. If You Bring Up "Racism" the Modern Racist will accuse You of "Race-Bating".

We have less minority officers than the civilian sector employs minorities. Also, less civilian minority candidates meet the requirements to become an officer than are hired by the civilian sector. Therefore, the military is OBVIOUSLY racist in their selection of officers.

Ummm...no. Less minorities are doing what it takes to become an officer (mostly no more than getting a 4 year degree and staying out of trouble). That is not the military's fault.
