Pentagon pitches $715B budget with cuts to older weapons

I believe the cruise missile would travel at speeds of around Mach 7 or greater and would get China and Russia to both wet their pants. Russia opened the pandora's box of hypersonic cruise missiles which in my view was an incredibly stupid move by Putin as we can well afford to build and surpass in performance anything the Russians come up with. The whole Russian strategy of attempting an arms race with a meager $1.5 Trillion Economy is a stupid move. It's their future to mortgage I guess. If you ask me the sooner they get rid of rasPutin the better off that country will be.
