CBS fired its former CEO in 2018 after sexual harassment accusations. He attempted to seek arbitration for getting pink slip instead of golden parachute. As of now, he and CBS are no longer moving forward with the legal proceedings

If you want to play, you have to pay the price!! Being the boss or anybody in charge does not give them the right to sexually harass women due to their positions!!
