No country is irrelevant. Now while most leaders can be deemed to be irrelevant, Puttie has nukes and a huge Storm Trooper force to keep him in power. Hopefully the people of Russia will rise up and dump this monster.

Belated response...Russia is still relevant. They seized Crimea back in 2014 and escalated with invasion of mainland Ukraine in 2022.
