Harris lands new job pushing American Jobs Plan through Congress for Biden

I have a question, why do we need a jobs plan, hell right now in my neck of the woods the competition for workers is tough, some places are offering $50.00 just to show up for an interview, and I know a couple of places have suspended entrance testing and all you have to do is pass a drug test. Jobs are out there, problem is why work when you can make decent money from unemployment doing nothing. I heard Texas is in the same boat. Hell just up the road from me in Indiana, Toyota has announced an 800 million dollar expansion and is going to need 1400 workers when completed.
