From CBS News comes the following News Release by the CDC.This video was just released today, April 27th:
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention unveiled updated guidelines on Tuesday detailing activities that vaccinated people can safely resume, including attending small outdoor gatherings without the need to wear a mask. CDC Director Rochelle Walensky said fully vaccinated individuals "can take a step back to the normalcy of before."
Whether you agree with what is stated or not, it is good information for us all to watch and listen. The likelihood is that we are moving forward at a great recovery speed overall...

I'm just the messenger... As a Guardian and a POA for my challenged sister I personally must have a vaccination in order to be able to visit with her at her group home and take care of her financial requirements and more, so I can't do what you can do...in regard to Covid-19 and the Pandemic... If I had my druthers... well, you know... LOL!

Sgt (Join to see) I know that you have a heavy burden on you taking care of your sister, and you have to do what is best, even if it goes against what you would rather do. Kudos for stepping up and caring for her.
