Sounds good, but it also is starting to sound like that this "Infrastructure" project is the "Green New Deal". Just an observation.

Lets see for energy, wood, olive oil, candle, whale oil, coal, petroleum, electricity, and solar. So, from what I see, things change. And FYI, to prove my point there are several school districts in south eastern Wisconsin that can't drink their water because of coal ash contamination. If you want to send them money for bottled water, I'm sure they will take it.
