Yer Kidding Me.
We used to call the 1970s Army's Race Relations Classes - "Racial Riot Classes".
Mainly because when the seminar was done we hated each other and our unit effectiveness was in the crapper for the rest of the week.
After about a month of weekly classes (because everyone on both sides "responded so poorly) we figured out that if no one reacted the 'instructor' didn't get his jollies, got frustrated and ended our unit's torture sessions.
After about the 7th week he 'moved onto greener pastures. We went back to drinking beer together and morale improved.
