Of course the Democrats and the liberal media are distorting the filibuster because it is all that prevents them from implementing their agenda. The filibuster was used by the Democrats to blunt Trump’s agenda and they never complained about the filibuster’s racial history when the Democrats were using it. The filibuster is a tool, like a hammer . The hammer has been used to kill and maim. The hammer was used by slaves. Should we abolish the hammer because it is a murder weapon or tool of slave owners slaves were forced to utilize? Never mind that Democrats utilized the filibuster much more than Republicans did.
