It is a fact of life that there are assholes who think they know about you more than you. They use their stupid assumptions to argue their point, even if their point is based on general ignorance.

As an example many Trumpers will claim Trump planned robustly and early to prepare for the pandemic and cite curbing air travel. They assume this is early and robust planning but they have no clue what National Disaster Planning entails. Their position is based on ignorance and it is often infinitely impossible to educate them because their mind is too myopic and obstinate to think otherwise.

Many Trumpers take the position the onus of National Disaster Relief falls upon the states without assistance from the federal government. After Hurricane Katrina the Coast Guard immediately rescued 30,000 people. I don't think the state of Louisiana said cease this operation because the Coast Guard was infringing on the states rights and responsibilities.

That really pissed me off . I spent 18 months on Okinawa. My wife is Asian and so is our adopted daughter. The Asian people I have met Have all been respectful and polite. I didn't get to know the Vietnamese people because we kept our Distance after we caught a VC. sneaking around our Ammo dump at night, while cutting our hair during the day.
