See a helicopter on Mars for first time! Perseverance drops Ingenuity’s cover

About 16 hours ago, NASA's Mission Control has commanded the Perseverance Rover to drop its Protective Cover for the Ingenuity helicopter...and that has been accomplished... The video reverts back to the testing lab for dropping the cover and then Ingenuity's legs followed by Ingenuity... It was stated that NASA Mission Control will probably conduct the first flight in April, but a date has not been reported as yet...

We are getting there, Doug... It won't be long before they drop the Helicopter, Ingenuity and commence the flight attempt... Let's hope that is successful!!!
