Very interesting read, learned something new. Of course congress will give themselves raises but not make thing easier for military senior leaders

This is only going to get worse with the new retirement system as academy grads that are largely what the GOs are will separate around year 15 for Fortune500 jobs.

Yeah the disparity in responsibility and pay is tremendous. I don’t necessarily believe or know if this is the bane of the talent in the general Officer ranks.
