"Gen. James McConville said he believes the Army will have it first female chief of staff in less than 20 years, it’s just a matter of making certain that the service retains talented women.

If they want to retain then they better relook at the leg tuck on the ACFT. The three officer females that were with me when we took it in October had issues.

@SFC Ozzy Marcenaro - That's why ACFT 2.0 has the option of the 2 min plank if you can't do a leg tuck. ACFT 3.0 allegedly will have the choice of the leg tuck or the plank.
I don't know why they have the leg tuck. It serves no purpose at all. Nor the plank. Allegedly ACFT 3.0 might even get rid of standards by MOS too. But that's allegedly right now.
