Go with the Hex, the rest are rehashed. 3 and 4 are PO and Spc with the rockers and chevrons reversed.

I personally like the last row, I think it allows them enough to distinguish themselves, but still aligns with a commonly understood rank design, also separates them from the Air Force rank design.
