I wish they'd chip the damn things. Especially for retirees. It would make accessing their VA sites far simpler than the convoluted process they have now.

SFC Michael Hasbun - My wife got one recently... no chip. She is a dependent, I don't know if that makes a difference. But definitely no chip.

Agreed. Unless they’re going to chip them and making accessing all the different VA sites, I’m good with my blue card.

Damn, that reads like I’m drunk. If they add the chip and it makes accessing all the VA sites simpler, I’ll change. Until then my blue card is fine.
