We are moving rapidly to the 4 o'clock hour in Southwest Florida and It has been a somewhat slow day and so I hope to change the scene with a Music Interlude and for this interlude, I selected a song by a relatively unknown...at least for me... The singer is Paul Young performing "Everytime You Go Away" from 'Live Aid 1985' appearing before some 72,000 attendees at Wembley Stadium in London. The event was organised by Sir Bob Geldof and Midge Ure to raise funds for the Ethiopian famine disaster. Broadcast across the world via one of the largest satellite link-ups of all time, the concerts were seen by around 40% of the global population.

Background Bio - Paul Young

Paul Antony Young (born 17 January 1956) is an English rock and pop musician. Formerly the frontman of the short-lived bands Kat Kool & The Kool Cats, Streetband and Q-Tips, his following solo success turned him into a 1980s teenage pop idol. He was famous for hit singles such as "Love of the Common People", "Wherever I Lay My Hat (That's My Home)", "Come Back and Stay", "Everytime You Go Away" and "Oh Girl". His debut album No Parlez turned him into a household name. Since the mid-1980s he has had international success, along with his backing band Los Pacaminos.
