Brilliant usage of deflecting attention! Hey, look over here at this big marshaling area. Reminds me of when I worked some Halloweens as a cop in a small town. All night I swapped between our fully marked unit and our semi-marked unit. People would see one car on a traffic stop/contact...then a different car on another. I would wear my class A dress hat and then swap to a ball cap. I even spoke to some people twice in different vehicles and hats.
