When I was at 29 Palms we had a weekly base paper. Believe me, in the 80s this shit was NOT tolerated. A Maj with a PFC = kicked. A LCpl doing the guard rounds - I do mean "doing" = kicked. A cheating husband (SSgt) = kicked. Why this happens now? I have absolutely no idea.

I was chaser for a Sgt at Cherry Pt during his court martial around that time. He was an MP and besides the WMs on his shift, he abused dependent wives he befriended during domestic calls. He was busted several grades but allowed to stay in until EAS. A wolf guarding the sheep.
