Above quote,:
"Treat everyone with dignity and respect".
Looking for a correlation between that sentiment and BLOCKING members from responding to the writer. Open communication can be very therapeutic, positive or negative, it can serve as a release mechanism.

Sometimes I was too blind to see I should have learned a lesson, but when I learn a lesson I tend to not make the same mistake again, unless I choose too. Sometimes I would not see the mistake because of my stupidity, lack of perception, or I am as so distracted. I use mantras to guide my actions that help me in the process of preventing moments that I must learn a lesson the hard way:

- Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
- If I act with pure intentions I reduce my regrets.
- Give the world my best.

Sometimes to learn a lesson means understanding their is a problem. Case in point. For years I never questioned why I was not happy. One day I randomly thought why am I not happy? I realized I had a problem and I went on a mental and emotional journey to find the answer to something that perhaps was unanswerable in this universe.

At 18 I knew everything. At 19 I realized I knew shit. At 30 I found out my ex almost ruined my career and life. In my 40s I was dealing with PTSD. At 50 I just want be a nice dude.

Life can be linear but it can be random and chaotic. Sometimes we control life, sometimes it controls us. Some of us will reach great heights and some of us will fall so far down. Life is not fair, thus, it is imperative that all of us must have a winning attitude and a don’t quit spirit; and we should possess a sense of adventure to keep us growing. Sometimes the waters are uncharted and sometimes all we have to contend with is the ebb and flow of the tides. It is much better than being in stagnant waters. I think this will come across as a rambling rant about life. lol
