SSG Robert Mark Odom All Ships are Recycled but it would be Cool to Know what Percentage of New Ships and from What Ships the Next Generation is Made.

It would be awesome to be able to buy a decommissioned carrier and recycle veterans. And by recycle I mean provide education and services to help them be successful. I know, it's been done... but not on a carrier!
