The polish government cracking down on private industry and imposing regulation... Is that the model you are going for? Government control of media?

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff - and when the hosting site removes the platform you created for "problematic" views posted on it , what then?

To use your earlier argument - denying service for orientation is wrong, denying service for opinions and views is also wrong.
The price of freedom is allowing things we find distasteful and repugnant the same liberties we ourselves have. Otherwise, we are not free.

SSG Robert Perrotto And Parler found a new home on Epik. Where Can is hosted. And maybe CloutHub.

I mean if you wanna be in forums that post crazy insane conspiracy theories and plot violence, then I guess that's your thing.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff - better to have it visible and for all to see, then have it in the dark. And its not like twitter, facebook etc etc is eliminating all conspiracy theory, nor threats of violence. Just certain conspiracy and threats of violence.

SSG Robert Perrotto - I believe you are missing the point. It is THEIR platform. They own it. They run it. They finance it and maintain it. They set the rules for use, and EVERYONE that uses the service agrees to those terms. It is capitalism 101. Free market economy. Anyone could do the same thing, but granted, they would be starting a bit late and it would take the years Google, Twitter, Amazon, etc. have been around to come close to being competition... That is how it works. Just like if I started a burger joint, it would be a long time before I could compete with McDonalds or Wendy's. What you are advocating is that McDonalds and Wendy's should be legally required to let the upstart burger joint use their grills.

It appears what you are looking for is equality of outcome... is that it?
