Capt Gregory Prickett I guess this is the 1967 regulation, but it allows the CPB to alter, as they have. https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/40/5104
40 U.S. Code § 5104 - Unlawful activities
July 31, 1946, ch. 707, §6, 60 Stat. 718; Pub. L. 87–571, Aug. 6, 1962, 76 Stat. 307; Pub. L. 90–108, §1(b), Oct. 20, 1967, 81 Stat. 276.

Capt Gregory Prickett
CWO3 (Join to see) - No, that's the statute that allows the CPB to make regulations for firearms in the Capitol, but the kicker is in 40 U.S.C. § 5104(3) which completely exempts Congress critters from being charged under that law or having to follow the CPB regulations.

It will start costing her to walk around metal detector. $5K first offense, $10K after that. Just what we don't need now, some wacko QANON packing heat in Congress chambers.
