North Carolina Marine saves neighbor, another Marine, by administering CPR

Last month, a North Carolina U.S. Marine Corps member saved another Marine's life by administering CPR after the other had fallen unconscious. Cpl. Wesley Smith received the Navy Commendation Medal for his actions. Thank you Cpl. Smith for demonstrating selflessness and caring!
