Much of the changes are ridiculous garbage. Frankly, the military buying into the feelings game disgusts me, and I predict it will only serve to destroy what once was the greatest force on the planet. As far as the female hair styles, nail polish, and jewelry changes are concerned, I fully expect these to be taken advantage of in no time at all.

I have no hair and no comments in that regard. It does concern me all the focus on diversity and inclusion we will become a fractured force more focused on how we are different than similar. In regards to hair, policies for females should enable them to 'shoot, communicate, and move on out' while wearing a helmet to protect their head. The battlefield does not change because we want people to be comfortable.

Sir, as a female who has had ling and short hair in my almost 18 years in the army, wearing a bun has always detracted from my ability to shoot and move. A bun limits my movement when I'm shooting and lying in the prone. Prior to going on a range, we are usually allowed to put our hair in a ponytail (and then fix it back right after we get off). The battlefield won't stop so I can get my helmet to sit correctly over a bun.

Well I guess the society social experiment is now taken route in the military. Guess the military mission is now obsolete
