It is interesting how various countries think about our sacrifices in WWII. I am not trying to steal your thunder but something remarkable happened in the Netherlands. Every bit of the thousands of graves of our boys in the Netherlands have been adopted by families for ceremonies, flowers, upkeep. The sacrifices of our boys is part of their culture now. Those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the endeavor to free the Netherlands have now American and Dutch families. Sometimes I get goosebumps thinking about this.
