It's this simple - after Biden is inaugurated, Trump is a trespasser if he stays in the White House. Deal with him as any other trespasser...too easy.
But he won't try to stay. He's going to go and make a big flashy show of leaving. Hopefully the media stops covering him once Biden is sworn in and he fades off into obscurity. One can hope.

His behaviors reflect 3 standard deviations from the norm, which accounts for less than 1% of our human population.
