Too bad these Canadian Water bombers are not around anymore. I read an article few years back that a pilot from westjet Canadian airlines bought 2 of them and restore them to military configuration including putting replica M2 machines guns back in the nose.

They were. Saw action in both the Pacific and Europe in late WWII, then in Korea and finally in Vietnam and at Bay of Pigs.
