"According to a new report, 77% of educators are working more today than a year ago, 60% enjoy their job less and 59% do not feel secure in their school district's health and safety precautions. Roughly 27% say they are considering leaving their job, retiring early or taking a leave of absence because of the pandemic."

I am surprised it's that low. Many teachers I work with have had it. We lost a good 30-40% of teacher at my school, and that's because they had the means to retire. Most of those who are still working, are talking about leaving the profession.

There's opportunity to revamp the educaton center here. How? I'm not sure, but with conflict there is opportunity to make the foxhole better
