SSgt Ray Stone - Nah. See, here is the thing... Using the courts is neither insurrection nor rebellion. Therefore application of that clause is incorrect. It makes great headlines if you want to be whiny (just like these lawsuits which have no evidence even when they DO have standing make great headlines if you want to be whiny), but no true legal footing.
