Pentagon and Veterans Affairs preparing to get and administer Covid vaccine

My take at CNN on last Thursday's call by VA Secretary Wilkie with Veteran Service Organizations. We were told us that distribution at the VA would start in the "next couple of weeks," and that front line healthcare workers would be prioritized. No information about when veterans, including those in at-risk categories, will expect to get the vaccine.

And what does your mind or gut tell you when you get to the bottom of the article and it says this --
"A source familiar with the VA's decision making says Stone has decided he will not make the vaccine mandatory for Veterans Health Administration clinical staff unless -- and until -- it's gone through the full approval process at the Food and Drug Administration.
If it is only approved under an emergency use authorization, which is the path that both the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are currently on, it will be voluntary, the source said."
Doesn't give you much confidence in the first round of vaccines, and it puts to rest that the past Presidents and Biden's comment about taking the shots and filming it to show confidence in the vaccines, in that their statements are not signs of leadership but probable propaganda type actions. So when are the past Presidents and Mr. Biden going to take the vaccination shots? And when if ever is Kamala Harris going to take the shot?
One of these messages does not match the other messages.
