With Wisconsin certifying their results, all the states that President Trump contested have certified. I haven’t seen any appeals to the Supreme Court so far.
If his campaign is waiting until the last minute, any appeals may bounce. There are eight days until the “safe harbor” date of December 8.

Actually this are paths to victory if you arrange them on a matrix
