I remember doing a Bn run right after coming off a 6 month profile that kept me from running. I got put up front. Someone was hopping I would fall out and of course that did not happen. I didn't even break a sweat or breath hard. It was like a stroll on a beach for me. Apparently this individual didn't know I was riding a bike 20 miles per day Monday-Friday and 50 miles on Saturday sometimes more then resting on Sunday with only a short ride to stay loose.
I don't know why I was being targeted as my 2 mile PT run was in the 10-11 minute range. My 5 mile time was 27 minutes. And this was before I went on profile. Apparently my performance was embarrassing to someone especially with me being in my 30's.

Prior Marine, current Army. Most likely this division run only included the infantry units because the non infantry MOSs are not on mainside at Lejeune (where the division hq is). Infantry is still either all male or predominantly male in the Marines, so thats why you don't see females. There are fat bodies everywhere, but arguably fewer in the Marines because of the culture as much as the pt program
