I used to laugh when the progressive right would bemoan oil industry executives heading the Department of Energy (DOE). I suppose they thought we'd be better off if Aunt Joan from Aunt Joan's Quilt Shoppe ran the DOE. And the lady in Sedona Arizona, who channels the life energy of dolphins, ran the DoD.
