Perhaps now we'll learn what Trump has been doing behind the barn while everyone was distracted by his election challenges. Why did Trump withdraw from the Open Skies Treaty? And why is he dismantling the specially equipped planes and canceling orders for new models? Why is Trump doing all he can to prevent the incoming administration from monitoring Putin's nuclear capabilities?
