Top, you expected him to leave whitout his grandiose exit? Setting up some serious counter - mobility for the incoming administration!
Hopefully the incoming administration will not do the same in 4 years. I don’t have much hope for this new folks. Or because their party (really don’t care much about it) but because who they are. Biden should stay home and enjoy his family. The rest, just power hungry politicians, like always!!!!!

MAJ Javier Rivera - I didn't expect him to give a big "screw you" to everyone in America. I hope when he is out of office we don't see much of him anymore. It will take decades to reverse the damage Trump has caused.

However long it takes to remediate whatever damage, will depend on 2 things: the government's rank and file (working bees are who do the day to day work) and most important, We the People. Holding every single elected official, regardless of what side of the political spectrum, accountable for their actions.

But do you think that will necessarily equate to her being a bad judge? I understand that the ABA preferrs 12 years of experience but that doesn't mean every judge appointed with 12 years end up as good federal judges right? I don't know much on this topic so I'm interested in learning more from you all

They can prefer anything they want but there is no constitutional requirement for it. There isn’t even a constitutional requirement for a law degree. 41 SCOTUS Justices weren’t judges, including 10 Chief Justices, before being appointed. I can’t find how many federal judges fall into that category but I haven’t looked very hard either.
